We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Napoli. If something is not right, we offer returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

All returns are issued as store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items must show no signs of wear and must be free from stains, deodorant marks, perfume or cologne scents, smoke odor, washing, or any other damage or alteration.
